Our dear Opel Insignia has achieved five stars in Euro NCAP testing with 35 of the 37 possible points in the section on protection for adults. Regarding child protection, the Opel Insignia have been awarded four stars, while in section Pedestrian protection has made two. These are the best results achieved to a family sedan in the EuroNCAP impact tests, congratulations for Opel!

As many of you will know you, the Opel Insignia includes a room called the Opel Eye Camera, which helps the driver on the road. The options include not exceed the maximum speed of the road and you come out of your lane.
For the first case, the Traffic Sign Recognition read the signals that are on the road, and if the vehicle exceeds the speed prescribed contact us.
In the second case, the Lane Departure Warning that prevents us get out of our lane to interpret the lines of the road, and "listening" any changes and to indicate that we are leaving involuntarily.
